Club Navigo Vacations is offering you this discounted vacation in exchange for your time and consideration at a 90-minute sales presentation on the benefits of vacation ownership.

The retail value of this offer is from $598 to $1038, depending upon the time of year, accommodations and premiums received. This offer is designed for individuals, married and cohabitating couples (couples living together sharing the same address) with a household income of at least $50,000. Participants must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States, United States territories, the United Kingdom or Mexico. If married or cohabitating both individuals must attend sales presentation together. In the event that you do not qualify on the day of your presentation or do not attend the full presentation, a fee of $100 per package night will be charged to your credit card and incentives will be forfeited.

Accommodations are subject to the availability of Club Navigo Vacations room allotments. During peak seasons, weekends and holidays, availability is very limited and on a first-come, first-served basis; higher rates may apply. Additional nights may be available at a reduced rate. Club Navigo Vacations will send you written verification of your reservation within 14 days of confirmation, with directions and check-in times. Your written confirmation and two forms of identification (driver’s license and a major credit card) must be presented at check-in.

You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, you can reschedule, extend or forfeit your package and monies paid. A service fee of $7.95 will be charged for rescheduled reservations up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. A $75 service fee will be charged for reschedules within 30 days prior to arrival. No reschedules will be processed less than 10 days prior to arrival. If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date a no show fee of $150 will be charged to your credit card on file. If you decide to cancel within 30 days of purchase, you must notify Club Navigo Vacations in writing of your intent to cancel by sending notice via certified mail to: Club Navigo Vacations, Attn: Customer Service, 8680 Commodity Circle, Orlando, FL 32819. No purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in this contract. This vacation offer is only transferable with the written pre-approval of Club Navigo Vacations and is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Club Navigo Vacations is not responsible for any defaults, negligence, loss, injury, death or other damages in respect to or arising out of services or properties of independent third parties. Club Navigo Vacations assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representations made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer.

This offer does not include food, transportation, taxes, fees, tips, telephone calls or incidentals. Participant(s) must speak and understand English or Spanish. No pets allowed. Offers may not be used in combination with each other or any other Club Navigo Vacations promotional offer. This offer is not valid to any person who has received benefits from Club Navigo Vacations during the last 12 months. Two or more vacation getaways may not be used concurrently or within the same year and may not be combined with any other promotional offer. This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two or more families traveling together or meeting at the same destination with similar arrival dates. Current owners and employees of Club Navigo Vacations, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates are not eligible. You must make a reservation request within 120 days from the date of purchase or your vacation package will expire; travel must be completed within 12 months from your purchase date.
